Toshiya Jitsuzumi is Professor of Chuo University, Tokyo, Japan. He holds an LLB from the University of Tokyo, an MBA from New York University, and a DSc from Waseda University. Previously, he worked for 18 years at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. During 2007-2008, he was a visiting scholar at the CITI of Columbia University. He has been a member of MIC'S committees on AI network and net neutrality, served as a vice-chair of the OECD/CDEP from 2018 to 2019, and is currently acting as a WG steering member of the Global Partnership on AI.
